Understanding:

The most important task that was accomplished this week was arranging the client meeting.  I did other very important tasks but in order for the team to move forward, we must get our questions answered.  We are getting to the point we have lots of questions and feel like we are going to hit a major stumbling block unless we figure out where the clients stand on our project thus far.

Applying:

What I learned from my week’s accomplishments is the importance of staying on the same page and communication.  I am continually learning my role as the project manager and how to handle new things when they come up.  The major connection this week is the actual connection.  In order to move forward and know what the client needs, it is vital that connection is kept between the team and UT.

Analysis:

The strategies, skills and procedures I used were effective for this week.  We were able to stay ahead of schedule and continue the needed communication between the team and our client.  Following a pattern of effective communication will keep us all on track and on our way to a successful project.

Evaluation:

This week went well overall.  We are in the process of designing the instruction and each team member has her own responsibilities.  My main role was to schedule and conduct the meetings, talk with the IT person, and edit the documents.  Additionally, I volunteered to help my teammates with the writing.  My tasks for the week were accomplished.

Creation:

The next goal is to assist with the prototype, edit the Content Analysis, create client questions, and meet with the clients.  My communication strengths teamed with the knowledge and skills I have about the ID content will help produce a successful product.  The main resources we will use this coming week are the clients (to approve content) and Dick & Carey book (to assist in writing the Content Analysis)
